RF card integrated management method

This system consists of management software, main control management machine, RF card water/motor sales, RF card, RF card reader/writer, prepaid multi-user energy meter, and smart water meter; RS232 communication is used between the main control management machine and the RF card vending machine. Users can use the RF card to swipe their card in front of the RF card reader/writer to complete a series of operations such as buying water/electricity, selling water/electricity, querying and parameter setting.

There are two ways to connect the RF card reader/writer to the water/electricity meter: Type I RF card reader/writer, one-to-one, where one reader/writer is connected to one electricity meter; Type II RF card reader/writer, one to many mode, that is, one reader/writer can connect to electricity meters for 96 households or less through RS485 bus.

Basic system functions

※ Electricity sales function: Users can use their card to purchase water/electricity at the electricity purchase management office, and then swipe their card at the designated RF card reader to complete the water/electricity purchase operation.

※ Preset power function: Write preset power data to the designated RF card reader/writer in the water/electricity purchase management area, and swipe the card to preset the specified water/power for the user; (Can be pre-set for individual households or the entire electricity meter)

※ Set household number function: The electricity meter household number can be set according to the user's needs, and the household number can correspond to the door number.

※ Query function: After successfully purchasing electricity or pre setting water/electricity levels, the card will automatically change to a query card. Users can swipe their card at a designated RF card reader to display their current remaining water/electricity level information.

※ Timer setting function: Users can set the power on/off function on a timed basis; (KD-ZKA Apartment Electricity Meter)

※ Load parameter setting function: The function of setting prohibited load parameters on the electricity meter is completed through a card; (KD-ZKA Apartment Electricity Meter)

※ Restore water/electricity supply function: When querying user information, if the user's current remaining water/electricity is not zero, but the user's electricity is in a state of water/electricity interruption, using this card has the function of restoring water/electricity supply.

※ Automatic meter reading function: It can automatically read water/electricity meters by setting a meter reading card.

※ Network control function: The serial port 1 of the RF card reader/writer is connected to the electricity meter, and the serial port 2 of the RF card reader/writer is connected to the communication adapter, enabling direct control of the electricity meter through a computer; (Selected)

The installation position of the RF card reader/writer is flexible: it can be placed in the same distribution box as the electricity meter, or independently installed in an appropriate position according to the on-site situation, which can make it more convenient for users to swipe their cards.
